In this circa-1970’s house, the layout and many finishes were original and in need of updating. In the primary suite, we took out a large built-in vanity to create space for a walk-in shower, and also created a designated water closet and linen storage. In the closet, we took some space from the old vanity area and added built-in drawers and maximized space for hanging clothes and storing shoes and bags.

Our clients wanted to update the original brick fireplace in the family room and reimagine the furnishings to add seating for entertaining without blocking the view toward the backyard pool. We also created a designated seat for the husband that included hidden storage for electronics and a perfect view of the television.
