Prosper House

My clients utilized our Designer for a Day service to update the kitchen, fireplace, and laundry room, expand the wood flooring, turn a jack-and-jill bathroom into two separate rooms, and update the lighting throughout the home. We worked through the home room-by-room to make high-impact design decisions that would accomplish their goals as efficiently as possible.

The clients wanted to draw on the home’s stone exterior and natural surroundings to lean into a Mountain Modern aesthetic by layering warm wood tones, clean lines, and black and brushed brass finishes throughout. I created a whole-house mood board and paint scheme that reduced my client’s decision fatigue and helped her move forward with confidence.

Separating the jack-and-jill bathroom was the biggest logistical issue. The existing vanities were in good shape, so we reimagined the first space by reusing the existing plumbing locations. Ultimately, the client relocated an existing closet to create space for the new toilet and shower, and both rooms gained valuable linen storage.
