In a city where tear-downs are common, our client chose to thoughtfully rehabilitate their rental properties. Wherever possible, original details like existing shiplap were reused, and we made strategic changes that improved the layout and day-to-day function of the homes while preserving the neighborhood character. All of the properties remain rented, and the owner continues to achieve top-of-market rental rates — proof that thoughtful design can outperform flashy overbuilds.
